ST. PETER'S, SPRINGFIELD.
The harvest thanksgiving service was held on Sunday morning; when the Rev. T. Hodgson preached to a large congregation from Psalm 10T, verse 8. The church was beautifully decorated with fruit, vegetables, and flowers, and the lady members of the congregation are to be congratulated upon the elaborate display made. The musical portion of the service was nicely rendered by the choir.
