Malls close for the following places at under, subject to the necessary alterations/ _— MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25. For Otago, and also for Australian Colonies (except Sydney and Brisbane), per Wairarapa (to connect with Mararoa at Port Chalmers), at 11.10 a.m.; late fee letters, 11.20 a.m.; guard's van, 12.10 p.m. train. .- For Northern Ports and Australian Colonies, per Waihora and Hauroto, at 3 p.m.; late fee liters, 3.15 p.m.; guard's van, _ p.m. train. For Northern Ports and Greymouth, per Rosamond, at 3 p.m.; late fee letteis, 3.15 p.m.; guard's van, 4 p.m. train. For Greymouth direct, per Herald, at 5.25 p.m.: late fee letters, -L4Q p.m.; guard's van, 6.45 p.m. train. WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27. For South America, United Kingdom, and Continent of Europe (specially addressed correspondence only), per Takapuna (to connect with Kaikoura at Wellington), and also for Northern Ports of New ( Zealand, as follows:—Ordinary letters, 3 p.m.; late fee letters, 3.15 p.m.; books and newspapers, 2.30 p.m.; registered letters, 2 p.m.; guard's van, 4 Em. train. This mail will be due in ondon on January 9th, 1889. Note.—Parcels for despatch by this mail close at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, 27th inst. FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 29. For the United Kingdom, Continents of Europe and America, and West Indies (via San Francisco), Sandwich Islands, Cape of Good Hope, &c, &c, and also' for Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Tak<.p*_. a, as follows :— Ordinary letters, at 7.45 p.m. ; late fee letters, 8 p.m.; oooks and newspapers, 7.80 p.m.; registered letters, at 5 p.m.; money orders, at 4 p.m.; guard's van, 9.5 p.ui. train. This mail will be due in London aa January 6th, 1890.
