LIBEL ACTION.
[PRESS ASSOCIATION TKLBBRAM.] BEEFTON, July 10. In the libel action Harker v James Hankin, the defendant was committed for trial at the next criminal sittings of the Supreme Court at Hokitika. Bail was allowed, accused in .£3OO, and two sureties of .£lO each. A similar information against Hall was dismissed.
