[PKB FRBSS ASSOCIATION ] Received July 10th, 10 poo. London, July 9. Before the Times-Paxnell Commission to-day, Mr John O'Connor, M.P. for Tipperary, was examined. He admitted having met James McDermett, the American Fenian, who talked to him a good deal about the use of dynamite. He also stated that Devoy, one of the leaders of the Irish revolutionary party, had tried to detach him (O'Connor) from the constitutional policy.
