WOODBURY.
The usual monthly meeting of this Committee was held on Wednesday last. Present—Messrs J. H. Dean (Chairman), Cooling, Heatley, Cormack and McKenzie. The average attendance for the quarter ending June 31st was shown to be 86.3. Mr Heatley's tender for grubbing and cutting gorse was accepted. It was decided to close the school for the midwinter holidays on July 13th, and re-open on Monday, July 22nd. The visitors for the month reported several repairs that were necessary to the school and grounds, and the same were ordered to be done. Messrs Dean and Cormack having been appointed visitors for the ensuing month, tne Committee adjourned.
