[PER PRESS ASSOCZATXOIS ] Received July Bth, I—4o am. London, July 6. Sir Geo. Chetwynd has resigned the membership of the Jockey Club, and the Club h«_3 accepted his resignation. In referring to Sir Geo. Chetwynd's resignation, the Right Hon. James Lowther explained that the Jockey Club had exonerated Sir George from the more serious charges brought against him.
