Defendant pleaded poverty, and said he could not afford to contribute much towards the support of his children. He was ordered to_pay £1 per week towards their support. Mr Cuthberteon for defendant. The claim was for goods supplied. The defence was that the goods must have been charged to defendant in error. Plaintiff was nonsuited.
