TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir,—Last night I was driving home, and when I approached the Show Ground I found the whole of the road for several chains was entirely blocked with vehicles, occupied by some thousands of people, who were too mean to spend a shiuink to see Professor Baldwin. I wds detained for over an hoar. I should think. Is the Lincoln road a poblfc thoroughfare? Can private individuals pb&truel that road? If not, whose duty fa itte regulate the traffic I thi»4n*y iaportarmed by the police. I hope neg
