Progress—ln consequence of the reported good quality of the stone being carried down in the winze, there has been some business doing in these shares during to day, and quotations now stand at 24a 6d to 255. It is understood that the shares are being bought by those already holding large interests in the Company. Golden Treasure—lt is denied that the coal mine has been floated as a separate undertaking. A report to the effect was, however, current, and I merely repeated it for what it was worth, and having done so, it is necessary that I should publish the denial. The re-floating of the Gold-mining Company is, however, a fact. An extraordinary meeting of the new shareholders is called to adopt rules, appoint Directors and manager. _,
