T he shareholders of the South British Insurance Company held their ordinary general >i eeting to-day, when a dividend of 8 per cent, per annum was declared. Captain Daldy and Mr, Thos. Morrin were re-appointed Directors, and Messrs A. Boardman and J. F. Clark were elected Auditors.
