jßy Electric Telegraxh—Copyright.] [peb press association.] Becelved August 30th, 12.30 p.m. Paris, August 29. The Frenoh squadron, which was mobilised, unexpectedly dispersed on Monday. It has been suggested that the assemblage of the Italian fleet off Agata was meant as a counter demonstration to the mobilisation of the French fleet, and that the dispersion of the latter haa been ordered, with a view to tranquillize the Italian Government.
