NORTH ROAD.
The meeting of the householders of this district was held in the schoolroom on January 22nd, at 7 p.m. On the motion of Mr Longman, Mr D. Patchett was voted to the chair. The. Chairman read the outgoing Committee's annual report for the last year,which showed receipts -3286 12s 4d, expenditure -3285 18s 7d. After a vote of thanks had been passed to the retiring Committee, the election of a new Committee was proceeded with, which resulted in the following gentlemen being elected :— John Longman, J. Johns, J. Coch ane, Thomas Wilson, C. Englefield, J. Davis, and H. Tisch. With a vote of thanks to the Chairman the meeting closed.
