SALE OF PROPERTIES.
At a sale of town and country properties held by Messrs H. Matson and Co,, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, the following lots were quitted : —A couple of sections of land containing 25 perches sold—one for .£l5O, and the other for .£l2O. Several sections were offered in the new township of Derby, at Amberley; two of these were soldi—one containing 1 rood 21 perches, fetching .£3O; and another, a quarter-acre, £25. The attendance of buyers was not very numerous, and the bidding was rather glow.
