TO the bditob op thb prbss. Brs, —I have been wondering how far the numerous consultations on the various racing events will be affected by the property tax assessment. Are the shareholders in the consultation or the bankers of tbe funds for the time being liable to the tax P Yours, &c, Cross Cut.
