THB BULKS OS THB ASSOCIATION. The Hon. John Hall brought up the report of the sub-committee on the revision of tie rules. After a good deal of ducuwion and certain alterations the report was referred back to the sub-committee to prepare a catalogue. CASKTAXKB'B HOUBK. The Hon. John Hall moved-"That the caretaker's cottage be placed at the north-east corner of the ground, the exact position to be left to the ground committee." Seconded by Mr Mnxray-Ayneley, and agreed to. . SAT 07 MBBTESG. Mr Boag moved—"That the day of meeting be altered from the last Thursday in the month to the first Friday, at 2 o'clock instead of 2 30." Seconded by Mr Holly, and agreed to, the first meeting under the new system to be held this day ireek. BXOHANeB Or BOOKS. . A letter was read from Mr Thomae Dykes, secretary to the Clydesdale Horse Society of Great Britain and Ireland, acknowledging receipt of a copy of the "New Zealand Stud Book," and forwarding a copy of the "Clydesdale Stud 800k. ,, It was resolved to convey the thanks of the association to the society in question. A book on " Select Plants " was received from Biron Yon Mueller. The secretary was requested to acknowledge the receipt of the same with thanks. HBW MBMBBBS. The following geatlemen were elected members of the association—Meesro B Rhodes, jun., George Little, John Wills, B, B. Willie, and W. MeNab. The meeting then adjourned.
