PARISH MEETINGS.

The. annual meeting of parishioners was held in the Testry of the ' Bust Malvem church on the 28th inst.; having been postponed from the 21st, on account of the -inclemency of the .weather,, Theßev. Buphan in the chair. '"': tij :

' The Chairman stated 'that he had been appointed by the Bishop for a -period of twelve months, and since that haa been reappointed for an additional six months. Mr Bossiter was reflected people's .churchwarden, and Mr Minchin for the clergyman. The following vestrymen were elected:— Messrs Taylor, Brown, Blythen, Meadows, and Bull.
