On the motion of Mr Tosswili, it was resolved—" That the chairman be requested to ask the Bishop to give immediate effect to the resolution passed unanimously at a meeting of the vestry on the 11th ultimo in referenoe to the separation of Hals well from the Prebbleton and Templeton district." Ultimately it was decided to defer any action in file matter until after the next veetry meeting on the 30th inst.
