No person besides the Committee will be allowed to follow the Machines or leave tbe Headlands before 11 o'clock a.m., and the Public must on no account interfere with tbe free working of the Horses or Machines during the whole of the trial. j - A Paddock has been set apart for Vehicles and Horses, and no other Horses besides those used at the trial will be permitted in the Field where the Machines are at work.
