Friday, March 6th. (Before A. H. Cunningham, Esq., J.P.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Alfred Selway, arrested at 11.30 o'clock on the previous evening by Sergeant Wallace, was charged with having been drunk and breaking the door of Turner's Rangiora Hotel. Accused admitted the charge, and was fined 20s, and Court costs, and ordered to make good the damage done, valued at 7s, or in default undergo forty-eight hours' imprisonment in the lock-up. He was locked up. Monday, March 9. (Before G. L. Mellish, Esq., R.M.) PUBLIC HOUSE ORDINANCE. Robert Parks was charged with commiting a breach of this Ordinance by creating a disturbance in a licensed house, the Club Hotel, on Saturday evening, when he had been arrested by Mounted Constable Benjamin, fined 10s and costs.
