CHRISTCHTJRCH. Monday, Apsil 24. [Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., E.M.] Deunk and Disobdkrly.—Jqlui Murray was fined 10s. Breach of Destitute Pebsons Relief. -T-Henry Ives was brought up on remand
from Tiraaru. On the 14th February last an order was made by the Bench at Christchurch that the defendant shonld pay a -sum of ten shillings a week for the support of his illeLritimate child. It appears that the defendant had uot made a siugle payment, notwithstanding h<? was wanml to <lo so. The Inspector of Police stated that at the time defendant was arrested, the sum of £2 7s was found upon him. His Worship made an order that the maintenance money in anvar (£.">), be paid forthwith, aud in default, one month's imprisonment.
