MR. ROLLESTON AT TEMUKA.
[By Electric Telegraph.] Tsmuejl., Tuesday, 10 pm. This evening Mr Rolleston addressed a crowded meeting here; upwards of 150 eleotors were present. The chair was taken by Mr Ormsby. Mr Holleiton spoke at considerable length, and concluded amidst loud and prolonged cheering. Dr Rayner and Messrs McDonald and Hayhurst addressed the meeting, etrongly in favor of Mr Kolleston. Mr McDonald proposed — "That Mr Rolleston was a fit and proper person to fill the office of Superintendent," which was carried unanimously, amidst the most enthusiastic cheering.
