LATEST TELEGRAMS.
[By Interprovincial Telegraph.] Wellington, November 28. The Governor's baggage has been sent on board the Sturt. The further movements of his Excellency are uncertain. The sale of his horses, plate, &c, will be held on Saturday. The Government intend to appoint a Commission for the reception of the Duke of Edinburgh. The Auckland agent is here for the purpose of making arrangements for funds to carry on the Government of that province after the close of the year. A farewell dinner to Mr Fitzherbert is spoken of.
