[By Submarine Telegraph], Wellington, May 14, 7.35 p.m. A meeting of shareholders of the local Steam Navigation Company, to settle the question of winding up, has been fixed for June 19. Colonel Lepper and Commissioner Parris met 200 Hau-haus on the West Coast, Avho declared that they had ceased fighting. The road is now considered open. Satisfactory reports had been previously made to the Government.
