Shakelton, claim £2 5s ; Crooke v. Boileau, claim £3 2s ; Crooke v. Simmons, cluim £3 18s (M —judgment for £2 13*, and costs devided ; Perrm v. Fernandez, claim £4> 8s; Weston and Co. v. Smith, claim 16s 2d ; Weston and Co. v. Groves, elnim £1 7s ; Weston and Co. v. Holland, claim £2 4s ; Crooke v. Manson, ekim £2 18i ; Spillard v. Holland, claim £2 13e 4d; Kenrick v. James Boys, claim £22 8s 8H ; Moody v. Lee, claim £20—judgment for £6 16s. The license of the Kaikainui hotel was trans forred from James Swan to William White and from William White to James Ash worth.
