UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE the Provincial Government will provide Free ■Passages for Single Women between the ages of fifteen and thirty,- and in the case of -grown-up familiss, tho parents and sons will be allowed assistance to the extent of one-half the passage money if tho other half is paid before embarkation, or if preferred to the extent of cne-third, tho other two-thirds being secured by bills given by friends in this province.
