Wakefield, Esq., to sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, on the above day, on the ground, the valuable free* hold property known as PEEBSWIOK, Cfontaming 100 acres (more or less) of rich land, situated close to Riccarton Church, and near the first station of the Great Southern Railway.
