The courts are to be of asphalt and the work is to be spread over a period of two years to provide three courts.

Stand-By Lighting Plants Four stand-by lighting plants Were installed in the borough last month the electrical engineer, Mr F. W L.ysaght, reported to the monthly meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council. One range and a cylinder and three lighting and heating installations wer£ also made.
