O, HARBOUR BOARD CHAIRMAN RE-ELECTED FOR COMING TERMS Mr J. W. retiring chairman of the Whakatane Harboutr Board, was re-elected to the position for the ensuing year at the board's annual meeting in the Whakatana County Chambers on Friday. Menx* bers paid tributes to Mr Sumner*sj ■ ability and industry in the position. The ratepayers were fortunate in ha\r ing such a man at their service. Mr Sumner's re-election was proposed by Mr R.
