TAR MELTED ON STREETS
HOT DAY EXPERIENCED IN DUNEDIN (PA) Dunedin, Oct. 28. Tar melted in the Dunedin streets yesterday, when the temperature reached. 80.3 degrees, the hottest day in the city since last summer. It was a day for light summer clothing, and women added a gay touch with their bright floral cottons and silks. Men mopped perspiring brows and carried their hats, while a few of the less conventional took of their coats. St. Clair and St. Hilda beaches attracted many people throughout the day, but the water proved too cold for many to venture in for long.
