RED CROSS ASKED TO WITHDRAW
WORK TN WARSAW NOT COMPLETED (Rec. 9 a.m.) London, Oct. 28. The Polish Government has asked the International Red Cross to withdraw its mission from Warsaw. The International- Committee of the Red Cross has asked Poland for time for the mission to complete its work. This includes the welfare of Ger-
man prisoners of war, still to be repatriated. So far, no reply has been received from the Polish Government.
