STOCK JUDGING COMPETITION

GULLIVER CUP WON BY • PAENGAROA
The Western Bay of Plenty Young Farmers Clubs held their annual stock judging competition for the Gulliver Cup on Mr R. C. Strugnell’s farm at Omokcroa. The cup was won by the Paengaroa Young Farmers’ Club with AVaihi and Omokoroa clubs' occupying second place.
The results of individual competitions were as follows’—
Dairy Cows: R. Blaymires (Paengaroa) 1, V/. Marshall (Paengaroa) 2. A. Kelly (Waihi) and B. ’Vant (Paengaroa) equal 3. Romney Sheep: R. Blaymires (Paengaroa) 1. B. Vant (Paengaroa) 9. w. Marshall (Paengaroa) and J. Rvan (Waihi) equal 3. Baconc"' P>gs: W. Marsh■'•ll (Paengaroa • 1, G. Steward (Omokoroa) 2. B. Vant (Paengaroa) 3. Porker P'gs: E. Arc- (Paengaroa). Calves; R. Vant (Paengaroa) 1. W. Marshall (Paengaroa) and E. Robinson (Tauranga College) equal 2.
