London, Aug. 13. , The International. Bank for Reconstructional Development has granted India n loan of 34,000,000 do'lars—£B,soo,ooo—to build up her railways.' :
A Washington statement said that India would use some of the money to buy' locomotives and other railway equipment from U.S.A..
