The South African delegate told the United Nations special political committee today that his Government found it impossible to reach a conclusion about the religious trials in Hungary and Bulgaria. He thought the allegations that the Governments had violated human lights and freedoms by their conduce of these trials, were based on incomplete and hearsay evidence. The French delegate supported the Bolivian resolution, calling on the General Assembly to express deep concern at the grave accusations made against Hungary and liuigaria.
