London, March 16. The Communist trade unions o' France and Italy have appealed fo more protests against the Atlanti Pact. In Paris the General Con federation of Labour declared toda. that the working force of Franc" would never consider itself boun: 1 by the Government's signature ov what it calls the "Pact of Worlt' Aggression." A similar statement was issued I Rome today by the National Fee' eration of Labour, but a Rome co; respondent says the Italian Con munrsts have been very restrained Earlier in the week there Inbeen talks of a general strike again the pact, but this threat very sot subsided. Meanwhile the pact i still being debated in the ItaliParliament. It is hoped that Vr' debate may end late this evening.
