BRITISH BUDGET PROPOSALS
London, April 5. The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sir Stafford Criops, had a long meeting with the British Cabinet today to discuss the final draft of the new Budget proposals, which he is to present tomorrow to the House of Commons.
