MR FRASER RETURNS TO DUTIES
APPEARANCE AT PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS
(P.A.) . Wellington, Jan. 14. For the first time since he entered hospital in Wellington on December' 21, the Prime Minister. Mr Fraser, came to Parliament Buildings today. Mr Fraser, who was suffering from a severe, bronchial cold, attended the first meeting of the Executive Council since the New Year,' and was in Parliament Buildings for an hour and a-half before returning to his home in Northland.
