MAKO SHARK LANDED
CAUGHT IN MAYOR ISLAND WATERS SUCCESS OF AMERICAN VISITOR An American visitor, Mr R. Tregaskis, caught a 400 lb. maKo shark in Mayor Island waters yesterday. Mr Trcgaskis, who is an author, arrived in Tauranga from Rotorua on Tuesday evening, and leit for the deep-sea fishing grounds yesterday. On the completion of his New Zealand tour he will visit Australia, Java, Shanghai and later Europe.
