When the four Foreign Ministers met again in London today to discuss the future of Germany, Mr Bevin put forward British proposals for setting up an Allied commission to go into the question of Germany's frontiers.

He was supported, by accepting it in the main, by Mr Marshall (United States) and by M. Bidault for France, but M. Molotov for Russia declined to discuss the ques tion at the present stage.
