TESTING-TIME FOR NATION

'MINERS WILL NOT LET BRITAIN DOWN

London, July 31. . The president of the Mine-work-ers' Union in Britain has been speaking about the testing time ahead for the nation and the miners. He stated that he had met members of the Cabinet, and he could assure the people there was a very grave position.
