GENERAL AGREEMENT REACHED
POINTS CONCERNING GERMANY Commonwealth Ministers’ Talks Proposal For Future Of Ruhr London, May 1. The Commonwealth Ministers continued their talks in London to-day and reached general agreement on some points to do with Germany. They said Germany must never be allowed to rise again as a great power, hut should be encouraged to play a reasonable part in the economic development' to Europe. They opposed the French proposed for tile political separation of the Ruhr from the rest of Germany.
