In Cairo the head of the British delegation, Lord Stansgate, has submitted a new memorandum to the I lime Minister (Sidky Pasha). According to Cairo correspondents the document is believed to include consideration of the control of the Middle East as a whole and how Britain and'Egypt can co-operate in it.
