London, Dec. 19
To-day’s communique from General Tito’s headquarters in Yugoslavia says that fighting is going on for a railway terminus in the heart of Bosnia, and that the partisans have inflicted heavy losses on the enemy.
Farther along the same railway line General Tito's men have captured a station. The Germans are now believed to have five divisions, or at least elements from five divisions fighting the partisans in Bosnia. One correspondent giving this news in a despatch from Cairo says it is believed that the present German offensive' will fail like the others before it so long as the partisans continue their guerilla tactics.
