U-BOAT BASE AT L'ORIENT

As a result of the recent heavy raids hy R.A.F. and United States bombers on the great German U-boat base at L’Orient, in tb.e Bay of Biscay, it is reported that 10 complete acres of this base have been devastated during the past month.
