in Egypt have again boon active and
yesterday they shot down two Stukas and two Mossorschinitts 10!L
Bombers of the South African Air Force hit a supply train and also shot
down two enemy pianos
Largo tiros wore caused by mu bombers at Tobruk on Mondav night.
Attacks were also made on the
enemy at Daba whore transport was damaged. From all air operations in the Middle East, including (he ex-
tensive. operations over Malta, only three of our aircraft are missing.
American fighters had their first encounter with the enemy in (ho Middle East, yesterday when 12 of them met 20 Messerschmitts. They shot, two of the enemy down and damaged another. The rest scattered.
