Delfosse, who has just escaped from Belgium, has arrived in Britain. He said that the fine German army with which the Nazis commenced the war. no longer existed. Belgium was garrisoned by old and tired men. said M. Delfosse. Desertions were increasing daily. A famine existed and find and clothes were desperately needed by the Belgians.
