ESSENTIAL MOTORISTS
Washington, Oct. 11. The Office of Price Administration l-,as announced that every essential motorist in the United States who obeys the speed rationing regulations will receive enough recapped, used or new tyres to keep his automobile in use for the duration of the war. A national stock pile of idle tyres is likewise being created to which six-wheeled cars will probably be forced to contribute one spare tyre.
