REGENT Hal Roach's "A Chump at Oxford," which concludes its run at the Theatre to-night, is the most hilarious full length film yet to co-star Laurel and Hardy. With heaps of rollicking, good old-fashion-ed complications in the plot, "A Chump at Oxford" tells the story of two street cleaners who inadvertently capture a bank robber. When the bank president offers them a reward, they ask instead that they be sent to the lofy spires of Oxford for an education, which during their misspent youth they happened to miss. TOWN HALL Strange dances of savage African trihes, their weird ceremonial rites, in which the skull of a dead Sultan is a symbol of worship and jungle authority, are revealed in Universal's drama, "Zanzibar," now at the Town Hall Theatre. The picture's cast features Lola Lane, James Craig and Eduardo Cianelli. Universale graphic spy drama, "Enemy Agent" is also at the Town Hall Theatre, with Richard- Cromwell, Helen vVincent, Robert Armstrong and Jack La Rue in leading roles. The story concerns efforts of G-Men in keeping aircraft plants free of foreign spies bent on sabotage and theft of secret military plane designs.
