Mrs C. W. Boak has ( left- by the Maetsuycker on a trip lio the East. The ship sails from Auckland for Wellington this afternoon. Mrs Layton, of New Plymouth, is staying with her mother, Mrs Renshaw, of Devonport Road. The death has occurred of Dr. Sinclair Gillies, aged 70, one of Sydney’s oldest and best-known physicians.
