KING’S TOUR
VISIT TO CANADA Rugby, Nov. 28. Neither Viscount Halifax nor the Duke of Devonshire will accompany the King to Canada. While in. the Dominion His Majesty will_ have members of the Canadian Cabinet as Ministers in attendance. It may be that Lord Halifax will accompany the King on a four-day visit to the United States, but no official decision has yet been made. Lord Halifax called at Buckingham Palace to-day and saw Prince Paul of Yugoslavia, who is staying mere. According to a cable message, the ‘Daily Telegraph” diplomatic correspondent has authoritatively couiirmed' that Lord Halifax will be in the United States when the King and Queen visit and will probably act as Minister in attendance in the United States although these duties will be performed exclusively by a Canadian while Their Majesties are in Canada.
