RESTRICTION PROPOSAL. London, Feb. 15 ' The Sun says it learns that Britain and the Dominions l have commenced informal conversations regarding the voluntary restriction of dairy exports from the Dominions. It is probable that the Dominions •will arrange restrictions to suit their own convenience without; Britain suggesting quotas. It is considered here that the Dominions’ own interests, regardless of the plight of British agriculture, will compel restriction in order to safeguard their own export prices.
